The site is here to explain what we do and to let you contact us. You are welcome to read it, print it and share it. You may not copy the content to publish elsewhere as your own.
Quotes and enquiries
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. A quote is a written document given to you after a licensed plumber has attended and looked at the property, and it is the only pricing document that binds either of us. Sending the form or ringing the number does not create a contract.
Bookings and attendance
We work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. We will always tell you honestly when we can attend rather than booking a time we cannot make. Where a job turns out to be outside what we do, we will say so rather than starting it.
Licensing
Plumbing work is carried out under plumbing licence 8396 and gas work under gas licence 13098, both held by Tim.
Accuracy
We keep the information on this site current and correct as far as we reasonably can. Details about materials, methods and third-party schemes — including anything described here about Water Corporation's leak allowance — can change without notice, and are described in general terms rather than as advice about your property. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with us or with the relevant authority.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site, as distinct from work we have actually quoted and carried out for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
