The short version
Tim owns the business and does the work. He holds plumbing licence 8396 and gas licence 13098. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up and fits it, and gas work is not handed to a subcontractor.
We work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. There is no call-out fee, the quote is free and in writing, and you are under no obligation once you have it.
Why a site just for Bull Creek
Because a leak is a local problem before it is a plumbing one.

Where we actually are
Leeming, which shares a boundary with Bull Creek. We are a service-area business — there is no shopfront in Bull Creek and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What being close buys you is turning up sooner on the day a pipe has let go, and that is the whole of the claim.
What we do and do not do
We do leak detection, burst and leaking pipes, blocked and failing drains, storm water and soakwells, and commercial plumbing. HouseWorks does other plumbing work too, including hot water systems and water filtration — if you need something outside what is on this site, ring and ask rather than assuming.
What we do not do is quote a repair we have not looked at, or sell a bigger job than the one in front of us. If the answer is that your drainage is fine and a pressure line is the problem, or that the fault is a fitting rather than a buried main, that is what you will be told. How we find a leak

Licensing
Plumbing work in Western Australia has to be done by a licensed plumber, and gas work by a licensed gas fitter. They are separate tickets and plenty of people hold only the first.
